MANCHESTER, N.H. —
Granite Staters should be weather aware Wednesday as severe weather is likely.
Some showers or thundershowers are possible in the morning, with the best chance of severe storms coming in the mid-afternoon and evening.
The strongest storms could feature damaging winds, very heavy rain, hail and frequent lightning.
There is a slight chance of a tornado in some spots.
Be prepared to take shelter if there’s a storm warning in your area.
The storms move out of New Hampshire late Wednesday night before some fog forms overnight.
A brief shower is possible on Thursday, which will feature humid conditions early in the day before a drier afternoon.
A dry and cool stretch that will feel early-September-like begins Friday and lasts through the weekend.
